This Privacy Notice for Renzo LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our Services, including when you visit renzoreport.com, use Renzo (our AI co-pilot for small Michigan landlords), or engage with us in marketing or events. As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, “AI Products”). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Our AI Products are provided through third-party AI Service Providers, including Google Cloud AI. As described in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these third-party AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any third-party AI Service Provider.

Our AI Products provide the following functionality:

In ShortIf you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or Facebook logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, and profile picture.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. In ShortWe do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 11Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

However, we do recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you have enabled GPC in your browser or extension, we will honor that signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to the extent required by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising or the sale of your personal information by using the Global Privacy Control opt-out signal. We honor such signals to the extent required by applicable law.

Appeals: If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us at denys@tvardovskyi.com. We will respond to your appeal within the time periods required by applicable law.

California “Shine The Light” Law: California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
